Zumba

Who knew exercise could be so much fun. I have found various exercises which I really enjoy, which is really the only way I can do them. 🙂 Teaching has also been my way of maintaining consistency. Well….I have found yet another exercise which is invigorating, energizing, and FUN! ZUMBA!

A wonderful way to move, strengthen, and gain even more flexibility. I can act CRAZY and it is actually to my benefit. Haha!  I can learn choreography and come up with my own! I can work it out, pump it out, and even shimmy my way through an hour.
